How long should malky get?

I personaly think next season is fair as he's had to start from scratch this season.

Remember jones had a few seasons to build a squad

We arenow paying the price for a small squad. Our defence has always been our achilles heel and until this is addressed in the summer we will need to score two goals a game to stand a chance of winning. To be fair I feel we have punched above our weight this year and need to give Malky time.

This summer we need to build on the quality we have at the club. If players leave sobeit but we need a backbone through the middle of the park and at least 2 or 3 strickers need to be added as we just don't score enough goals to cover our shakey defence.

No point blaming a small squad and tiredness if you dont use the squad fully, and dont use substitutions.

The worry is MM doesnt seem to know how to stop the rot.

Jones had to build from a worse position than Malky. He didnt inherit the best player in the division.
