MILLER CRITICS.... F**k OFF ...

Tue Mar 13, 2012 11:53 pm

give the lad a break he's run himself into the ground he's 32 years of age, 31 even. , I'd love to see you play 46 league fixtures, a cup run, international fixtures, not to mention all of our training, 90 MINUTES of most,

you can see he's lost a touch of sharpness, in a top squad four quality strikers he'd of had a rest and come back to his bes,t he's the most inteligent striker to play for cardiff city in the last 10 years and offers more to his game than goals,
he's involved in a big percentage of al our counter attacks, he plays out wide (doing the role) our so called wingers cant do,
and he has to try and provide all the goals as well...

you give me one other striker in the u.k who could do that for less than 2 million, and would actually want to come cardiff city ????
you wot find one

Heard they were making their own league just for us. "The Cardiff League of Excellence" was the proposed name. A league where we never lose and always make it into the Champions League :ayatollah:

He needs to be dropped, need to give him a break. Hes playing a lone striker and cant finish at the moment. Maybe if hes dropped for a few games he will come back stronger.

Do you think the Lone Striker role entails scoring goals and scoring goals only? If so then read a book and come back with another comment.

Lets play 1 up front with a man who cant score. Brilliant.
His work off the ball is brilliant but its not getting us very far isit? Change in formation is needed and if Miller still cant score then drop him. Hows that for you?

Lets play with 1 up front as we have done all season, scoring 54 goals with him as a pivotal point to the attack seeing as most things will go through him. Now that is brilliant.
Its got us into the top 6 and held us there for quite a while. When Chopra was still here and couldnt score to save his life he wasnt dropped for McCormack. We kept faith and encouraged him to find the net and 11 games later, goal after goal.

Our idea of playing a different formation however is a vaild point, 4-1-2-3/4-3-3 would suit us but to play either of them requires a certain Gestede as he is then used to win the ball and knock it to everyone to work wonders.

That was good though, must have been a good choice of book you read ;)

Ah but then we were switching formation for home games, we were playing 4-4-1-1 at home and 4-5-1 away. But as it is not working anymore we cannot rely on it. Im only suggesting Miller to be dropped for him to have a break, i think it would do him good and he will be alot sharper in front of goal. We all know he can do it, just bit of a bad patch.

I googled football for dummies.

We have been alternating between 4-1-4-1. 4-4-1-1 and 4-5-1 with the odd 4-3-3 and 4-4-2.
It's still working, its just our players are dead on their feet. They are all exhausted which is not good.
If Miller goes to the bench i agree, it will let him have a break to refire the engine. I would not put Earnshaw on instead though unless we were playing 4-4-2 with Gestede. For me it would have to be 4-4-1-1 with Mason as the striker and Whittingham as a center attacking midfield/centre forward.

Ah football for dummies, a classic read

excuses excuses excuses

I suppose that one he balooned over the bar 1st half when the defender slipped and had time to bring down was
down to the fact we play 4 5 1.

Perhaps if we played 4 4 2 he would have taken it down and slotted it home?!?!

I think that sums up Kenny Miller perfectly because right now I don't think he could score in a Hong Kong Knocking Shop.

Nothing to do with formations, tiredness, being Scottish or having the crowd calling for Earnie the guy is shot to pieces. Andy Campbell was calmer in front of goal if you ask me. :o :o :o :o

He needs taking out of the firing line but Malky hasnt brought in any back up.

A guy with two glass eyes can see we need more options upfront yet weve failed to bring anyone in.

Absolute ridiculous on Malkys part. As stubborn as a mule.
