After a great start to the season I Malky has struggled to maintain a promotion push, i feel he will learn from the mistakes/missed opportunity's he has made this season. The main area I think he has struggled with in the second half of the season is player recruitment (loan or permanent) he needs to take a gamble on a player who doesn't fit the criteria, but possess the flair to win matches and terrorize defenses as they are the ones who will make a difference in tight games.
Is Malky going to prove to be a one dimensional manager with a stubborn streak, just like our last manager or will he learn from his mistakes ? I think he will

For Christ sake! Anyone starting threads like this tonight needs to have a long hard look at themselves. I'm sorry, no decent fan would start these. He's 7 months into a job and has already taken you to Wembley you utter moron!
Jesus we have some of the worst fans on the planet

Haha are you kidding me? You write a title like that, you then totally rip his philosophy apart and then tag on the end that you think he'll do well. Splinters in your arse from that fence?? Joke!
