Its part of the culture out there. Something we have lost or never had due to our commercial priorities. That is over there the average person has nothing and turns to something like a football club to basically become part of something. Here is the Uk we have so many opportunites compared to the likes of countries like Poland resulting in nothing becoming massive or anything that becomes big is not big for long.

Sometimes I think I have got the answer to everything.

Yeah can you imagine us at their age having to clear the football pitch before we could play. Those fans would have got a right mouthful from us.

Touchy subject with me.

Last company I worked with I saw them replace British workers. The company had a factory in Poland that was struggling for work. So they sent them to the factory in Derby and got rid of some British contractors. All it did was creat more work for those British that were left.

Very true about the Poles that are here are the ones they dont want back in Poland. Take dentists for example. These Poles I worked with would agree totally with that. The dental treatment in Poland is excellent they will tell you but will they go to a Polish dentist here, no chance. They know there dross makes its way over here. Suppose we are paying for what we did to Australia.

Generally, they are also well mannered, clean living and family orientated.

So, you're getting a good worker at a lower cost.
