if you saw a jack being beaten by an english firm, what would you do? 
1-help the jack, 2 nothing, or 3 help the english firm?

Depends I suppose. If the jack was wearing a Wales top then it may be a little hard to give them a slap. If not then give them a slap and have a piss on them.
