Roger Johnson turns up to training drunk!

Thu Mar 08, 2012 9:43 am

He would have been the last person i'd expect that from, knowing what his attitude is like... or at least what i thought his attitude was like.

Would you still take him back if (for example) we went up and Wolves went down.

I'm pretty sure i would. :ayatollah:

Definitely take him back, quality CB. He got a fair few goals too when he was with us.

When I worked for the club, I got the impression that he was one of the biggest "pains in the arses" at the club so doesn't really surprise me.

i spoke to his wifes close friend recently and she says that now hes in the prem league,he is full of himself and is a totally different person to when he was with us.

de de de Roger Johnson!

This guy was an absolute rock at centre-back with us! He used to win every header and get on the scoresheet quite a bit too

I would definitely take him back but it's not going to happen. Hudson and Turner could become a really solid partnership though! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

i thought that.at blues when we lost the ball we,d shrink into a shape that would make it very hard to get through so nobody ever really ran at him.wolves are more open so he gets 1v1 a lot of the time.he doesn,t like mobile small forwards.i wouldn,t want him back at blues

was always very commanding for us and chipped in with a few goals.

I think hes one of those players who falls into the better than the championship but not good enough for premier league standard. weve had a few of those over the years. chopra, bothroyd, ledley, koumas, earnie (1st time around), Burke. Probably why weve always got so close but not close enough.

How dont they ever get sacked ? The club could hold their registration to prevent them playing for other teams for a while? I would be sacked if I turned up for work pissed thats for sure.

bit of a drama queen though polo.gets a knock goes down then hobbles back up .plays to the crowd.yes good defender but like i say he was heavily protected at blues by mcjudas,s deep and ultra defensive set up.his mrs was twittering this time last year how they wanted to go down south.rog thought spurs ,gooners or chelski would want him.ended up at the custard bowl.scott dann was better
