I would have easily taken a point as my prediction was 1-1 Whitts (pen). But when we went one up I was sort of expecting a win (one thing I've learned from supporting the City is that you shouldn't expect anything), and when we went 2-1 up I thought that would be it as we were already playing defensively. Just bring Kiss and Conway on to freshen things up and we're set. At this point I feel we should have won it. Going in front twice away from home, stunning the home fans with Whitts' quick goal. It was there for the taking.
But lo and behold, we concede a late goal. Something we've all grown accustomed to, losing a lead.
The point of this thread is, its not such a good result as everyone is saying. Yes, we came from a tough away ground with a point, but to me it's 2 points dropped, from a winning position. When surely Miller should've sealed it in the last minute, but he blasts it over the bar (again).
If we're to reach the play-offs we need to be winning against other play off hopeful teams, such as Brighton. Who still remain a point ahead of us
