The two goals tonight were nothing to do with Mason leaving Kev exposed

I've not seen them so I can't really comment.
But if over the whole night Mason leaves Kev exposed that'll tire him out causing him to make more mistakes.
Just a theory, he may just be in a poor patch of form.

on current form im sorry but he is not better than them. if players are not playing well they should be dropped to give them a kick up the backside.
I have no qualms putting either blake or quinn in. both very able at this level.
as for shory term memory? more like long term memory in kevs case.
