If Rangers want to sell players, and we want to buy any of them then in the past FIFA have given dispensation to clubs to sell and buy even out of the transfer window. The rangers administrators have said this, and don't think there would be any problem doing so, MM there you go

Problem is a lot of people will be looking at this situation.
