Evening lads.

Albion winger Craig Noone has signed a new contract with the club, after agreeing an extended deal which will run until June 2015.

Gus Poyet told seagulls.co.uk, "We are delighted Craig has committed his long-term future to the club and agreed a new deal.

"He was a key player for us in the second half of last season, and has already established himself as a top Championship player."

Noone, who joined Albion from Plymouth Argyle during the 2011 January transfer window, has gone made over 50 appearances for the club in just over a year.

The 24-year-old wide man added, "I'm delighted. I set my sights on a long-term contract so I'm very happy to get it sorted, because this club is going from strength to strength.

"We have a few wingers here but we all have our individual qualities and the way this team plays lets me express myself on the pitch.

"This contract shows that the club has confidence in me and I'm very happy here at Brighton.

"There is a great bunch of lads, a great stadium, brilliant coaching staff and I love the city, and I want to continue being a part of things here."

We all know everyone has a price so if you decide to come back sniffing around in the summer then expect to pay serious money. £1.2 million is way below our valuation. Anyway, hope you all enjoy your time at the Amex

Hey Zippy!!

How the devil are you? Must be 10 years since we last met? :o A Saturday afternoon league game if memory serves?
You up for a meet some time so I can give you a chance to win back that £20? :D :D :D
I can't get down to yours because of work commitments. :(
Still, if we are in the same league next year we can meet in the Ninian for a sherbet or two. :ayatollah:
Still feels strange meeting up with a BHA fan. :D
