Does malky

Have a plan b?? I like Malky and I'm 100% behind him.. I just Want to know people's opinions. It seems to me he either doesn't trust his subs or just don't like using them, on a few occasions this season the games needed a fresh pair of legs, and we've gone the full 90 with out making a tactical change... What do you all think???

There were a few players struggling to get around the pitch against west Ham in the second half. We could have done with some fresh faces, (Conway, Blake) just to give them a break.
Conway had a good spell of 3/4 games and he has not been seen since.

Totally agree with you there, Conway seemed to be hitting some form and then got dropped, seems a strange decision, and since he's been dropped, we have seemed to be dropping points

Not for the last 7-8 league games, he does not seem to have anything or see much infront of him because us fans can see there tired and changes needed but i suppose that boils down to hardly anyone been bought or loaned ,hes even ignoring good players who can not even make the bench. The closing down in the games i mentioned has gone in the team also which won us a good few games this year

The style we are playing at the moment I really think Parkin could do a job up front with miller..

I'm beginning to wonder if he has a plan A.....his unwillingness to use his subs unless a substitution is forced on him through injury is a mystery,and i have been told by a number of Watford supporters, that he was like that when he was their manager
