" BRIGHTON AWAY AND ON A RARE OCCASION "

Mon Mar 05, 2012 10:45 pm

Due to Cardiff not taking many fans(we can pay on the night now),the away end is being halved and Brighton are now able to sell tickets to more of their own fans. So far City have sold about 450.

City were expected to take 1,500.

to be fair annis, i had pencilled in this fixture from the start of the season, new ground to visit etc. however with the 200 quid that wembley cost, plus the renewing of my season ticket, taking a day off work , i just couldnt afford it.

had we not gone to wembley i def would have gone, and we go as a group of 7 who all said the same.

Your right and I honestly believe that is how it is with hundreds of our other fans, football has become to pricey. But Wembley was a very expensive day out.

If this had been a Saturday fixture we would have had 2,500 - 3000 down there but i reckon a lot of fans like myself just can't get time off work :(

Was also planning to go and stay over tonight for a flight from Gatwick tomorrow. Then they changed the day of the game to Wednesday and I can't make it. Going Saturday though.
