Moving Forward.

Yes, we have brought in two loan players since then, but, with one of those being unavailable yesterday and the other someone who I believe would be seen to best advantage in a side going well where he could come off the bench in the last half an hour and show what he can do, it’s not enough to paper over the cracks. We definitely need more striking options if Malky Mackay’s third league campaign as a manager is not going to go the same way as the first two – that is a fade out from February onwards after a very encouraging first half of the season. I’ve still got a lot of faith in this manager and this team, but the players need help now and, unlike at Watford, it appears that Malky Mackay has the financial resources to do something about it.

Lets hope we will be seeing these striking options very soon as I think these remarks are well founded.I would like to think that Mackays previous experience with Watford will help him through this tricky spell which has ultimately cost us automatic in my mind, unless we see one hell of a comeback. I just hope he can do enough to get resources to comfortably secure a play off place, which I believe is very realistic at present.

What would you like to see happen to comfortably secure the play offs? Would you like to see new players or are there things you would like to see happen at the club?

New players for sure, one striker and another midfielder :ayatollah:
I think with 13 games to go we will be ok, play offs are well within our grasp, well within

Tough game on Wednesday, and then a tense derby on saturday :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The home games are a comfort against the likes of Cov, Watford, Millwall etc,
We need to start scoring though to build up that confidence

Could see against West Ham the frustrations setting in when we struggled to break them down
