Easter day in a float tube

Went fishing today beautiful weather. Grabbed the float tube and headed out with my little 6' 4/5wt with a 5wt float on it to echo pond. for two hrs i got nothing nothing not even a nibble tried a bunch of flies, till i was ready to change to a different pond I went to recast one last time and hooked a small mouth bass on a Micky fin, great fight. 14" not sure the weight. Caught one more an hr later before the rain came and i headed in. would have stayed but reports of possibility of t- storms. all and all great day. only downside was when the seat stitching came loose on one side of my tube i still was able to fish but made comfort hard. well fix it later tonight and add some reinforcement to the seat as well.
