Dave Jones had no love or respect of the City fans,i think it is safe to say that he had the same regard for the fans as he had for the local papers and their reporters, after 6 years of this hostility the fans were feeling completely neglected and unloved,so when Jones was finally sacked it felt to the fans that a great dark and foreboding cloud had been lifted........so along come Malky,a manager who was in some ways completely different from Jones,he did the ayatollah on demand he made sure that he went over to the fans and gave them a round of applause, something Jones would never have done,he also went out of his way to praise the fans for their support and loyalty, and bingo the fans fell in love with Malky, they gave him quality's that only a super hero could possibly posses, you see they only wanted to be respected they only wanted to be appreciated they only wanted to be loved, now most of a certain age will tell anyone who cares to listen that love can sometimes be blind and I fear this is what is happening now, most of the City faithful seem blinded to Malkys short Cummings, blinded to his inability to know what his strongest team is blinded to his inability to get his substitutions right blinded to malky insisting on being to defensive, even when playing at home,Whittingham was playing so deep at one stage today i thought he was playing in goal, the fans seem also blinded to Malkys treatment of one of our all time great scorer of goals,Earnshaw who may not be as good as he once was but surly he deserves better than this, blinded to the fact that Malkys performance in the transfer market has been woeful, and blinded to the fact that Malky doesn't seem to have a plan B.......i ask Malkys supporters to read this post without going into auto pilot and saying if angelis posted this it must be a load of rubbish, you see i just want to be loved to

I can see the point you are making, however, my opinion is..
Malky is with the players day in day out, he knows the set-up and has a plan.. he can't satisfy every single cardiff city fan, every fan will have a different view, some agree, some don't.. some would do it this way, some would do it that way.. so the guy has to do what he feels is right and best for the club, he is in charge.. I trust Malky to do his job, just like I am trusted to do my job im my workplace.. He's only been with the club just over half a season, and needs to be given time and support to put his stamp on the club.. we all make mistakes, and i'm not saying Malky is perfect.. but I think he is the right man for the job.. there must be a resons why he's not doing all the things people are questioning, I personally trust him to do the job he is employed to do, and assume he's not doing those questionable things for a reason
Time will tell I guess, but he needs to be given that time and the support to let him get on and get the job done, whether it be this season or next..

Malky, like all other managers, will be judged by results. His honeymoon period with Cardiff City has well & truly finished, & were at the "business" end of the season now, so judgement can be reserved at until then.

Something else you could do, that you rarely do, is use a full stop.

Correct Rick.
I said I would back him 100% this season, no matter what. Next season, he will be judged on results.

Malk said from the start he needs 3 transfer windows to assemble his squad. As far as im concerned this seasons a freebie. Find it hard to understand fans questioning him already. Obviously no idea about football.

Malky can't be fully judged because the people who are supposed to finalize the deals for the players he wanted failed to tie them up.

i said when malky came in, i will give him. this season. and the next. but the 3rd season . i want us to be serious contenders, unless the malaysians throw money at malky

Judge him this time next season. Lets see if he gets in the 8 ~ 10 players in we need with the new recruitment policy (3 or 4 out) and a reserve team.
I believe he will.
