IN ALL HONESTY

Sun Mar 04, 2012 7:06 pm

Complaining about certain players/strategies/coaching isn't going to help. Malky is the manager of our team and he knows what he's doing present and future. What we don't see is the training the players do 3 or 4 times a week and the work Malky does with them. Earnshaw and co. may be useless in what Malky is trying to do and will have no place, he bought the players and has the right to do what he wants with them.

I'm all for voicing your concerns, but in this specific case I don't feel it's going to make a difference and patience is a virtue. We're on a bad run and therefore it is a key time to get behind the team that is playing and less complaining others aren't playing, we'll all be here rain or shine whatever decisions Malky makes.

Keep the faith, we'll get there.

His first season in charge, started from scratch in the summer, the foundations have been layed so next season we will be a top2 team! Can't fault the job he's done so far :ayatollah:
