Maynard

West Ham started with two strikers that they brought in late on in the transfer window (Maynard, Vaz Te) and then had the luxury of bringing on Carlton Cole.

Bristol City were reportedly looking for 4 million for Maynard whereas West Ham got him for approx 1.6 million. Would have been great to see him here !

Maynard was a pain all game.

I felt big Sam fcked up brining on Cole, they lost there threat and we came a lot more into the game.

I thought maynard was poor and clearly lacking in confidence. If miller had missed the chance maynard did he would have been slated on here!

Got to agree with this West Ham didn't look good at all, but compared to how we played they alot better than us.

Thought turner handled him well,it was the midfield battle that we lost which ultimately cost us
