why play the high ball...when you just arent winning

it in the air,time and time again we pumped the ball up only to give it straight to them,i dont understand :( :( :ayatollah:

its been like that for 2months where you been hoofball and hope even when we have 5 in midfield passes them all :oops:

If we had Rudy up front then fair enough. Maybe this is why Earnshaw isn't playing? Because he needs the ball on the floor to score goals. I think West Ham were too quick for us and not giving us any space on the ball which is why we were playing hoof ball a lot of the time.

Teams have sussed us......

Crowd the middle, so we can't thread passes through
No natural width so we can't go around

So over the top is our only option, to a 5' 9" workaholic striker who wants to link with the misfield, so comes too deep. :old:

More movement off the ball we need,make more runs when not in posession.
When we do this we are sublime to watch
