Does Whitts come through in the big games.
I'm not questioning his commitment or any of the players, but I have often wondered about his influence in some games,
Im not expecting him to be at the centre of everything we do going forward,but I feel at times especially in BIG GAMES he doesn't play up to his full potential.
Is this why he isn't playing premier league football?
Before anyone starts I'm not knocking Whitts I'm just stating an opinion .
I have the same opinion on Crystal Palace's Darren Ambrose.
Darren has a fantastic Right foot and is a good alround footballer but at times goes missing when perhaps he should be more involved. V Man utd he was Awesome and took his goal well, but I felt he did very little against us in semis.

Thought Whitts was excellent in the final. As good as any in the Scouse midfield.

Yes I think he does.
He is a player other teams target so won't always run games.

I watched a rerun of the game and he didn waste a ball.
He didnt panic in posession like some players and if we dont get promoted he should go to the PL.
Someone of his talent deserves to be there we shouldnt hold him back.

Your only as good as the players around you in the team if they dont show up and do there job nore will he ,if you got half the team on song and other half not then he will not show up as much in big games
