WOULD WE BE ALLOWED TO POACH POMPEYS STARS?

they might not be able to see out the season pay the staff wages,
could we approach players and offer to pay their wages if the club are unable to do so ?
if it does come to it (i doubt it will) they are bound to russle up the cash from somewhere, but it the worst does happen for them
surely we can make some approach with regards to a loan agreement and wages paid by V tan for them to see out the season at cardiff city,
