Just read an interesting piece in The Sun, I've copy/pasted it from their website for our discussion here....
BIRMINGHAM will be put under a transfer embargo after breaking Football League financial rules.
The Blues did not submit accounts for last season by yesterday's deadline
The club's parent company, Birmingham International Holdings, said earlier this week interim results for the six months to December 31 last year would also be delayed.
Last year Brum president and biggest shareholder Carson Yeung was charged with money-laundering and is awaiting trial in Hong Kong.
He denies the allegations but the freezing of his assets has only increased the financial problems which were obvious before the club's relegation from the Premier League.
In another development, Chris Kershaw, the club's PR and Communications Manager, leaves this month, with no explanation.

I think we should be sleeping more soundly in our beds in light of the fact our club are submitting theirs on time, as well as publishing them on the official website!
Other clubs in the championship are in a far worse position than us it seems!

Been saying it for months Birmingham are hanging by a thread with their owner in court over money laundering charges.
Should be OK for this season but watch this space I say.

Nd they loaned three players yesterday? Have they been finalised?

Maybe it was a last minute throw of the dice to get players in prior to a embargo foreseen by the club?

i,d say your right.we,ve enough to get us through now till may.strange though as that pompey fellow we,ve loaned was on 17k a wk down there.we have to be paying at least some of that plus the other loanees.carson cannot leave hong kong but that shouldn,t stop the reports being submitted.free the hong kong one
