If Portsmouth go bust..

Sorry if already posted, but if they go out of business before end of the season we will lose our points against them same as everyone else, and we would drop a few places out of the play offs.. Just seen the tables from what it is now and what it would look like if it did happen, so let's hope Portsmouth carry on

Just posted the same on twitter! Southampton would lose 6pts.

it could also help teams who still need to play them, in the final few games, they would get a week off, which would probably help them in the run in!!

We be down to 8th sooner or later anyway so does it really matter, i hope they go to the wall its the 2nd time now, thats the only way other clubs who have leaches on board in every area of the club wake the f**k up and live within there means as its going to take a decent club to go through to wake the football world up as the bank has shut shop while saying enough is enough

thats not the only option open to the FA, they said if they are told its going to happen they will hAve to think of a solution. I think as there will only be a few games left all teams who havent played Portsmouth will be given 3 points, easier than deducting so many of many clubs.

Or maybe allow clubs to keep the points from their first game against them this season, since all teams have played them at least once
