I think if you are not expecting much, he''l get the best out of the players and you may over-achieve, however if the expectation is high he never seems to deliver.

Usually managers stop a payoff when they get a new job, however this isnt a legal obligation (unless written in contract with previous club) he can still get the rest if its owed to him.

Gary the man had no respect for the supporters, he was an arrogant and bitter man, maybe because of his past who knows, but I fear for the Wednesday fans.
