You wouldn't be able to sign any of them anyway as far as I understand as they were not free agents when the transfer window shut.

dont hold breath everyone else will have anyone that is anygood, see we just missed out to middborough for hamill! so dont expect any action as it is blatently obvious we are stuck with what we got!!

I'm not sure about this but IF Rangers sack players under FIFA rules they will cancel a contract without just cause.

In cases such as this I believe the terms of FIFA Statutes on Player Status would allow a player freedom of movement on an International Transfer Certificate only.

As I say I'm not sure but I believe any Free Agent, in particualr within the EU, given these conditions would be allowed to transfer to a another club anywhere in Europe, probably antwhere in the world.
