-WALES - Best I have seen us play in my time thanks to Speed, long may his hard work continue.

Rugby
WALES - On the verge of a 3rd Grandslam in 7 years, did the country proud in the last World cup. Best side I have seen in my time.

Boxing
- Numerous title holders, Cleverly defending title last weekend.

Cricket
- Swalec stadium now a test venue. With a number of high profile games coming up including an ashes test.

Golf
- Arguably the best (and wettest) Ryder cup to date was hosted at the Celtic Manor last year.

Wales are the current 7s rugby world cup champions, which realy is a great fete considering you have the likes of new zealand, fiji, samoa, south africa, austraila etc to get past in order to win that competion!
