Watched the game again last night

Thu Mar 01, 2012 1:31 pm

And Kenny Miller, OK he missed that chance, but feck me he was brilliant on Sunday.

The shift he put in was unbelievable. Tracking back, filling in for runners, and when he got the ball he barely gave it away.

His off the ball running is world class, even that chance he missed he created the space himself with a superb horizontal run.

Rudy on the other hand, I dont know what game people were watching. He made a nuisance of himself but I counted 4 times in 120 minutes he managed to win the ball and link the play. FOUR times.

Hes just a more athletic version of LFW.

I also watched it again last night, i agree with everything you said. Kenny miller nearly won us the carling cup with a bit of majic, however I bet that he himself will have looked at that and thought he should have scored after getting into the position brilliantly... Rudy may come good but at the moment just being a nuisance is not good enough for a top championship side. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I can't watch it again, I have seen the highlights but seeing the ups and downs from the full match is so upsetting.

I agree BBB, and not many people have mentioned how he setup Mason's goal :ayatollah:

Agree. Blackpool felt 100 times worse.

That's exactly what I've been saying about both players since the final. Rudy is a liability as far as I'm concerned. If we could get a player with his aerial threat and an actual ability to play football we'd be sorted though.

Just watched it myself. So proud of the lads.
Agree eith OP. Rudy cant control the ball.

One thing Jay was gutted for us in the studio.

Give me Jay back over Rudy any day.

I didn't like the way that Rudy dove quite a few times during the game either. It pissed me off quite a bit.

Rubbish. He was a class act and we are missing him on the pitch.

If you cant see that you need a new optician.
