Are we risking to MUCH?

We are all expecting City to sign players from next week so they are here for playoffs,but other teams are moving fast around us.
Boro and Birmingham have strengthened over past few days with good signings and are primed for the push.
However we are not, and whilst I expect improvements on pitch since the distraction of cup final has gone, I'm still a little worried we might fall to far the autos/playoffs.
Players will look at us and see us going in the opposite direction possibly?
This weekend could prove to be a pivotal point in our season, and hopefully by this time next week we will have seen a win and a few new faces arrive.

we need to start getting some points - we could be 9th before we kick off on sunday, and possibly 11th if we lose to both West Ham & Brighton.

Just seen on SSN that Pompey probably can't fulfill their fixtures and that Middlesborough on Saturday may be their last ever game. That means we will lose 4 points form the two games we played against them, so a win on Sunday even more important now.
