Mason asked to be taken off because he was knackered.

Kiss added more steel to the team and put more strength into the midfield. The substitute was the right move.

WHY are we questioning the managers decisions when he's done a fantastic job so far?

Are we not even allowed to question the Manager's decisions now??....remind me again Tiger is this a Forum where DIFFERENT views are expressed or a fan club for all of Malky's groupies to indulge in over the top adulation of a man who as yet to convince me that he is up to the job of managing our great club

You're welcome to your opinion and I'm welcome to mine.

I don't agree with you, but that's just my opinion.

Has he convinced you that he's NOT up to the job then? If so, how?

Maybe the fact that the manager made his choices and we took a top side all the way to penalties shows that he got everything spot on. I think by extra time we could have used 6 of our 7 subs as the players were fucked but they kept going and are a credit to the manager and the football club as a whole.

What does he have to do to convince you that he is upto managing our club?

I will tell you why i have my doubts about Malky PtB ....i think he flaps around to much when it comes to the transfer market, don't forget he has already ballsed up two transfer windows and i think he will balls this one up to,his use of substitutes leave a lot to be desired, something i was warned about by a Watford supporter,he is to defensive for my liking,he will insist in bringing everyone back if we concede a corner so if we do clear our penalty area we have no one there to receive the clearance so consequently the ball comes straight back into our area, and when you consider how many corner kicks we concede during a game, that a lot of defending to do,he plays Whitts to deep for my liking to...........i cant help but feel that when Dave Jones was sacked a lot of people felt a great dark shadow had been lifted from the club and would have welcomed almost any other manager than Jones...at this moment in time my assessment of Malky, is the jury is still very much out

Let me just point out a few flaws in that arguement.

Malky's first transfer window, signed 10 players..........how did he balls that up????
January window, players moves were blocked or gazzumped last minute in the case of Sordell......things that were out of the control of Malky, Cardiff City and the players we enquired about.

Substitutes. Several times he's brought players on at the right time to change the game with Mason, Conway, Gestede and Kiss. Sometimes its worked, others it hasnt, such is the life of football.

Corners i agree with, we are too defensive but we clear the ball and stop a chance and thats what the whole plan is so it works in a sense.

He plays Whitts deep so he can be a playmaker and get everyone else into forward positions to score. He doesnt play him deep when he has players that are good deep playing midfielders (Mcphail).

I dont see how Malky is getting stick from fans when he has taken us to our first ever Carling Cup final and we nearly beat Liverpool in said final.....If this was a Premiership Team and a new manager walked in and done the same thing he would be hailed around all footballing circles as the Messiah.

Pretty much how I see it.

Only thing I'd add is that more and more teams are bringing everybody back at corners as the fear of losing is growing by the day.
