I think it's a bit unfair to be honest. Picking out 10 winners, amongst them players, when every player deserves equal credit. If it was an article on 10 winners such as fans, sportsmanship, atmosphere etc then fair enough by I am a bit annoyed that he's picking certain players out that deserve more credit than others when they don't.

Yhe wakward moment when he picks out the 10 best players in a team and you're number 11
