Appreciate the correction but even so what an idiot to say that when most folk may be oblivious to it - does his chances of any involvement in a Wales team no help.

To be fair to him at that point the caller had become quite aggresive and abusive and he did bite.

The whole argument was because John Hartson said he wanted Liverpool to win on Sunday. Hardly crime of the century.

Hartson is a proud Jack and lays his colours firmly to the mast. Far better than tw@ts like walsh who attempt to be impartial yet is so biased towards the jerks that it is embarrassing.

Personally I'd rather have Hartson as Wales manager than Coleman. In my opinion he would get the players fired up and with right coaching staff he would get the team playing well. He hasn't got it to be a club manager.

didnt hear the interview but its no surprise to hear hes not that keen on us as the feelings mutual for many people.if what he said was said with such venom then not a clever move really but hey mistakes are often made in media circles.ive got a lot of time for the guy since i met him on a swansea bound train 2 summers ago,i was with my dad both wearing city shirts he called us over and offered to buy us a drink and once in conversation he ended up encouraging my dad with some positive words(my dad was battling a very advanced stage of cancer at the time)

If the knob head ever got any job involving the FAW i would be tempted not to go to any of the matches. CC is a jack but do you hear anyting about cardiff and swansea? no When want tio become a national coach/manager it all goes out the window. Bellamy was a cardiff player but never publicly slated swansea because at the time he was WALES captain.

...... by speaking the truth and having an opinion? The world is far too PC nowdays and I take my hat off to him for saying it as he sees it. We may not like what he said, but I have more respect for him saying the truth than for others who give a diplomatic answer when we all know they are lying through their teeth.

As far as I can recall, Hartson hasn't ever disrespected us. He's a Jack - end of.

No because he was set up by the producer for more ratings and it worked. But then they set up the caller with all the others that came on after, so it was a case of set Hartson up then get him back on side by setting the caller up. Very clever

what did surprise me is that for someone who wanted to aspire to managing his country's team he alienates a large percentage of their support with such a stupid out burst

I cannot say I didn't like him, I knew he was a jack, I respected him as a footballer but it appears he does not like me as I am a Bluebird.

Basically Hartson retired from playing professional football, something most of us would almost die for, at a relatively young age because he was too fat and too lazy to put in the effort to remain in shape. No respect for the guy.

If Hartson was ever made Wales manager (which I don't think will ever happen due to his mouth)
I would never follow Wales home or away ever again, he does not deserve to even coach them, what experience has he got.....
