Engands so called superstars think there bigger than there country! Partly due to past managers being weak as piss. Pearce wont take there shit, he would happily bomb them out and get the youngsters in. I cant stand them but could see them doing alot worse than pearce.

i think in a way he is just as good a candidate as redknapp.
