Just watched the game again

Mon Feb 27, 2012 8:57 pm

The whole commentary team glowing about Kenny Miller, top praise from Lineker and Shearer - two quality strikers of their time, yet people on here slate the guy. Couldn't make it up!

Yeah definitely. After the game I was feeling that Miller could perhaps do with a break but since watching it again on iPlayer it made me realise just how important he was/is to our all round game.

He may need a break but he may also just need another striker to play upfront with regularly that can bury the chances he's been creating so regularly recently. Mason looks as if he may be that player ready made for that role.

His pass to set up Mason was sublime. His shot in 87th minute came about after a great 1st touch and had the shot been a foot lower we might have been celebrating a victory. Easy to criticise him for missing a pen-he had the bollox to take it when 1 or 2 others declined.

Totally, and he'll be back for another when needed. It was good players do.

I don't think any of our players deserve to be abused after yesterdays performance on that game. They all played brilliantly.

Watching it now on sky 3D and the same from Alan MacInally, Bothroyd and Robbie Fowler. Lots of praise for us from all of them too.

I have just finished watching it on sky, the whole team were awesome so very proud to be a blue bird.

I have a feeling there are great things ahead of us with malkay in charge..

His play is still good, when one goes in for him I can see him going on a good run of goals. Bit like a certain other striker we got rid of......

Bothroyd saying WE need to focus, quickly changed it to Cardiff once a bluebird always a bluebird

Miller is quality, the pass that set up Masons' goal was a thing of beauty. How can people say he played shit is beyond me.
