You are spot on with this...at the end of the game (pens) - Bellers went and stayed with the Cardiff players shaking their hands and spent 5 mins with MM.
There was only 1 other Liverpool player showing good sportmanship with our team...Stewart Downing, the rest were with their fans.

The fact that Liverpool can bring a player of craigs class off the bench showed what we was up against. Thought it was a nice touch him parading the welsh flag aswell, just goes to show that even though he wasnt a city fan growing up,craigs immensely proud of where hes from
class act and still a whinging fucker

Steven Gerrard did try and console his cousin and to be fair was very complimentary when interviewed.

in general the liverpool team and fans were very sporting, they had every right to celebrate first and foremost
its nice to have world class players and the likes of kenny dalglish, shearer and lineker compliment and be genuinely impressed by our team

There's two photos in the sun(i know), that I thinks sums up Bellers attitude towards us.
The first shows all the Liverpool players jumping and running when Gerrard missed his pen. Bellers is just standing there with his head down.
The second one shows all the Liverpool players celebrating lifting the cup, and it looks like Bellers has his back to the team talking to T.G

After seeing what he did, I have put my hands up and said I was wrong about him as I, like many other on here, thought he was more than a little two faced after all his comments about his love for us last season, only to then turn around and sign for Liverpool...
It's blatantly obvious now through his actions and words after the game that he truly does love Cardiff, and it was clearly scant consolation picking up his winners medal as his heart seemed to be down on the pitch with the City boys...
So Craig...I am really, really sorry for distrusting you with regards your love for our club, and for anything I may have said that was clearly so far off the mark it could have been a Charlie Adam penalty kick...

to be fair, I saw Pepe Rayner come over to console our players too...

bullshit, hes a liar! end of. Dont blame him signing for liverpool, blame him for lying to me, on more than one occasion. If he was that worried about City, he would never have played and said "his heads not right" he wanted to win as much as anyone.

yes fair play to Stevie G , he mentioned how great the City fans were as well

Reina jogged all the way down to our end to have a chat with Gerard when he was distraught and refusing to speak to anyone from our side,

For every photo that shows him consoling the players, there is as many showing him celebrating like mad as if he's just got his country to the world cup....oh wait, he's gonna retire from Wales too.
Went down in my estimation on Sunday. Thanks for playing for us last year, but we owe you nothing.
