...when you went into work this morning? Could barley pull myself out of bed. I was working on the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Heath and I spent most of the morning struggling from falling asleep (and over). My 30 minute lunch break turned into an hour long kip!

God thats worrying given the importance of your job.

Felt like crap walking from the ground, didnt help being sober and having a drunken mate asking me if I was OK every 10 seconds. and trying to keep the kids together.

Bounced back now, after reading the rest of the reports and putting it all into perspective.

Tired, emotionally drained, but strangely happy.

But gotta go to work soon for 10hrs, think I may need some Red Bull

Had to work at 5.30 felt emotionally drained,i wasnt upset about losing but couldnt get the image of rudy gestede in tears and ant gerrard.
Felt loads better after a heap of coffee and reading all the tributes to an amazing performance from the graet fans we have

My legs were an absolute state today, and my eyes didn't exactly want to open. Still feeling it really!

Still, it was worth travelling up there to see that wonderful City performance!
