A forum for all things Cardiff City

Firstly what a fantastic performance Malky and the squad put up yesterday truly brilliant effort. Now that the disappointment hurts what we need is a statement from the club regarding the Lanston debt and making funds available for our manager to push on for promotion.
I hope our Malaysian owners feel the pain of defeat and want to do something about it. The debt has hung over this club for far too long and I hope and prey that a solution is being sought to get it off our accounts so that we can look for further investment to assist our goal for promotion.
Cardiff City is fast becoming a quality brand but investment will not happen until the debt is cleared.
In finishing I want to thank the boys for straining every sinew yesterday. You all deserve the praise and respect of every Bluebird supporter. The guys that missed penalties hold your heads high you put your hands up so good on all of you.

They've made countless statements saying funds are availiable, transfer window is closed so only loans allowed.

For all the money swashing around in the world, only two sets of owners got to sit in the royal box yesterday. Our boys seemed to lap it up, that must be a buzz. We can only hope that TG wants more !!
I know they have been there before, but this is now their club, with their people and philosophy in place, against one of the biggest clubs in the world in a major final.
I expect some serious action this summer.

I think what we need now is a prolific striker from the premiership who wants to come on loan here, and perform our way, and help us to get promotion. As well as that we badly need a fast right winger too, so we can utilise Don Cowie properly! I believe we are wasting his talent out on the wing, and being able to acquire a pacey winger, allowing To recapture the early season form of Cowie, and a pacey, clever young striker, with a willingness to produce - will hopefully see us make a positive strong push for the top two! We can still do it guys!
Heads up.
