liverpool fans in cardiff end.what our club should do

At yesterdays game,when mason scored,all around me went crazy with the exception of the man sat to my immediate right.after i had calmed down i asked him why he wasnt celebrating.he then told me in a strong liverpool accent that he was a scouser !!. I told him that he shouldnt be with us etc etc.in fairness he wasnt a bad bloke once i started talking to him.he told me that he had paid 150 pounds for his ticket. The ticket price was 72 pounds.he was ok throughout the game and didnt celebrate when they scored/won,but that isnt the point.i expect to sit with fellow cardiff fans when i buy a ticket in the cardiff end.he has obviously bought the ticket from a tout who has bought it off or come by it via a cardiff city "fan".whilst i appreciate that wembley was the venue,surely our club should take action against the original purchhaser of the ticket as i know the seat number as he was sat next to me.i was with my family at the game otherwise it would have been different.i am sure that people on this forum know of people who would have wanted a ticket.makes me sick.who should i speak to at the club ?
