Got so much respect for him after he turned things round with us after coming under so much negativity (which was deserved at the time). He was amazing yesterday though and had he not gone off maybe the result would have been different? Superb performance though and his ability to tackle but also deflect the ball into the path of our players to ignite a counter was amazing.

Sadly for him, extra time was always going to see him struggle after so long out. I had him down as MOM until One Boot Ben stepped up and blocked enough shots for both of them during that last half an hour. Thought Rudy was brilliant too - they had three on him at times and he still outjumped them.

What a performance from Hudson. We must ensure that both him and Turner are fit for the rest of the season.

It is true though. In fact, I'd say it was arguably the best defensive display by any player at the new Wembley... and I include the Champions League Final in that as well!
