Uxbridge Tube Station help...

Anyone getting to Wembley park via Uxbridge?
It was recommended to me but me or my dad dont have a clue how the underground system works, never been on it.
Does it just operate as a normal train station where you just hop on and get taken right outside Wembley?
And do you have to book tickets in advance?

Buy ticket at the station. Its more like overground than underground. Takes you right next to Wembley Walk. About 15 minutes ride from Uxbridge. Pain in the arse getting back there after the game.

Hi mate im parking in denham railway station uxbridge. easy to get from there to wembley by train ive done it the last twice get your ticket on the station

Its about 35 mins to wembley park from uxbridge

and uxbridge boys will have seats

We,ve stopped a few times in uxbridge, it,s ok, i would recommend as soon as you get there go and get your tube tickets (return to wembley park, metropolitan line) because if you wait until it,s time for the game the queue can be quite big, when you get off at wembley park it,s just a walk up wembley way, the opposite on the way back, by the way, there is a good wheatherspoons in uxbridge, just down from the tube station!!!!!
