" TO BUSY FOR FOOTBALL ? "

Fri Feb 24, 2012 5:22 pm

I went down the city today for 3 Brighton away tickets and 2 extra Westham tickets and they said they were far to busy for that. I said theres no one here just 3 of you sitting there doing nothing, his answer was,We've got the cup final and were getting ready to sell the Blues tickets.  The kid scruffy beyond, they could at least look smart. The final has sold out, I said the Blues, they dont play here, I know he said, but we are selling their tickets for their game in Ireland. I was fuming they put Rugby before football.
The other week they gave me my extra match tickets on Blues tickets.

THE QUICKER THEY GO ONCE AND FOR ALL, THE BETTER.

OUR CLUB HAS STILL NOT GOT ITS ACT IN ORDER .

Shocking   ....I still can't believe when I phoned for my St and to ask about Cup Final, the way they came across was as if I was being a nuisance by phoning them......needs a good shake up and somebody needs to teach a few (not all) how to be customer focused  :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I went in to ask about tickets for The Wurzels game and the kid behind the counter didn't even know when it was. I asked him if it was likely to be a bubble and he said they should know by the West Ham game. Thats fine - we get 6 days for an annnouncement and to get tickets sorted for that then... In fairness, its the first time I have ever had an issue with the ticket office, but as Annis said, there was nobody in there today and surely they should know now, its only two weeks away.

So it's a ticket office that doesn't sell tickets...

Marc, if you knew how they sent the travel tickets out for Wembley, you would be gobsmacked, they put 50 kids away from their parents incl my 6 and 10 year old, none of them with their familes, then they asked Carl to sort it out with Wembley, even though they admitted they messed up. :o :o

The problem is they forget about our future bread and butter games, were still run like a 4th division club behind the scenes.

Any business that is willing to turn down money and turn away a paying customer/fan has serious problems.

Ticket office has always been a shambles.

Re: " TO BUSY FOR FOOTBALL ? "

Fri Feb 24, 2012 6:59 pm

Annis , they have not got a clue. I spoke to cc today. Kids tickets for final only have pen marks to differentiate. Plenty of opportunity for fans and staff to make money. Scousers with welsh accents, fans using false numbers. No doubt people cancelling S tickets etc etc. there's going to be trouble ahead.

That's shocking, you go to our ticket office to buy tickets for our games and they say no? That's crap, but its not the blues fault. You can't blame the blues for our ticket office being poor. Surely there's no timed window for them to sell tickets, its only a case of printing them isn't it?

I have always had trouble with them.
Dont like the manager woman (mona?) she seems to look down on joe bloggs and no wonder her staff cant be assed to work or be professional for her, she needs sacking and replacing.

Your right its not the Blues fault and yes all they have to do is print them off, but they are lazy/unprofessional and amateurs. The ticket office should be first class as its the main point of the revenue for our club.

Luke,

I actually get on very well with Mona, she is a very kind hearted person and genuine, its the staff she has had assigned to her and its the bosses she answers to.

Re: " TO BUSY FOR FOOTBALL ? "

Fri Feb 24, 2012 8:30 pm

Well maybe she is but she needs to get a grip of her staff.

Only time ive met her is when Carl asked me to go down and get a ticket (for a big game you had to be so many games to), if i had any problems ask for Mona as she was expecting me. I had problems despite being to the right amount of games but she refused to come out because she was busy which left me unable to go to the game as ticket staff had no powers to give me a ticket due to an error.
You may remember annis you randomly then turned up the same time as me (with you dogs lose in the ticket office   lol) and she came straight out to speak to you for a chat. To me that showed a lack of respect to the public or me. Thankfully you did turn up and we were able to speak to her otherwise I wouldnt have been able to go to the game. I did get a ticket and did rightly go but only thanks to you turning up the same time :ayatollah:

They'd like to get out of their contract but they can't - they're with us for another 17 years at least, by which time Cardiff Arms Park will be a shopping mall.

They're here to stay - get used to it.
