INCORRECT TICKETS/NO TICKETS

Thu Feb 23, 2012 2:09 pm

I'm sorry to be negative but reading all of the stories about incorrect tickets, and tickets with the wrong name on them makes me mad. In 2012 a massive multi million pound business like football really should have its act together.
I really think that it is an insult to fans that they leave it this late to send tickets even if they are correct. They just havn't left
room for error, you would think that would be the first consideration.
I wouldnt mind betting that some poor people who have bought and paid for tickets for Sunday will actually not be going to the game now.

Sorry but IMO it is a shameful way to be treated. Rant over.

I've received mine today, but only because my wife went to the Post Office in Neath. Why the f**k were they there and not delivered? A mate of mine received his yesterday.

Another mate had 4 tickets for a bloke from Sarn, instead of the 3 tickets that he'd ordered and they were sent to him in Neath.

Like you say, if they sent them out when ordered, there would then be more time to rectify any mistakes.

It just seems to be a no brainer. They are just asking for trouble unless they assume no one is working. I just think it shows a real lack of respect from the people whose money they are taking.
