Got re-embursed for mt ticket (concession)

Just got off the line after speaking to the ticket office, not sure of her name, wish I had asked her as she was so helpfull, but she put the £28 back into my account, I am a happy bunny as I was told I would have to go down the ticket office and all they do is mark a C for concession on the ticket.
