I just made sure I was down there on the day. Yes frozen for 5 hours but saved any other hassle like this. I think anyone who does it by phone and are ringing from a mobile HAS to expect a decent sized bill?? Even if you couldn't have gone down yourself on the day, could have given a mate £20 for doing it and would still have been up

Landlines cost the price of a local call, mobiles are considerably higher, to repeat a well known phrase!

I phoned a few times, kept getting cut off, then had to phone back for my other ticket, because they messed up!!! My bill is normally about £40 so £115 it cost

One month I had a number of things to sort out over the phone, car insurance etc, I used my mobile for convenience, and I got hit with a bill twice as big as normal. if I had arranged all of these things using a landline it would have been way cheaper, and in some cases free. Once bitten twice shy, I wouldn't spend a long time on a mobile trying to set anything up now, and im sure you wont. Sometimes in life you have just got to bite the bullet and move on, if you didn't check out the tariff before you spent hours on your mobile you have only got yourself to blame.

they have ripped loads of loyal fans off with the premium phone prices myself included and that was from a land line pure greed :
