Never been up the top before,(£40 ticket area) do people sit for the whole game?

I was up in the gods for the playoff final last year. No one was sitting down! It's very steep though and being in shock at seeing us 3-0 up at half time I nearly went arse over tit down the steep steps. I must have been in shock, I paid Wembley's mad prices for a pint and a hot dog
