Cardiff training session Friday

I want to take my little cousin to watch them train before the final. Do they still allow you to watch for an hour on Friday ?

Never had a problem watching them down the vale. Usually around 10.30 but maybe different this week as an

Go to stadium Friday as they are supposedly training there and then heading to London and you can wave em off too, i cant believe anyone hasn't shown any interest or mentioned it on any boards.
