West ham were winning and there was less than half the game to go so the ref probably.thought that blacpool needed some help whereas at ipswich we were dominating at that point and there was more than 80 mins left so it would have ruined the game and would have been unfair on little old ipswich.

Thing with the Ipswich keeper was it should have been a red for a high, two footed challenge and whether he was the last man was un-important under the laws of the game. You can guarantee that if it was Marshall who had done that at their end, he would have walked. The ref bottled it pure and simple.
