Remember The Free Season!

Tue Feb 21, 2012 11:40 pm

Things look like they could slide and that's got lots of people in a panic. The thing is it could all still end well, and at worst we will certainly have a fantastic season of consolidation.

I love running, and I had high hopes of being one of the fastest runners in Wales over Half marathon this year by now. Its gone tits up because I was ill, but the doc says I can start training in a month, and 3 months after that I can be running at that sort of level again.

What im saying is what's done is done, you have just got to look at the big picture and be thankful for what you've got,and how things look going forward, and the way things are we have a future. Look at Portsmouth and Rangers they really have got something to worry about.

We have exceeded expectations and the way I see it everything else is a bonus. I fully expect Malky to get a couple of loan signings in and we will have a good crack at it.If the worst comes to the worst and he doesn't and we slip to mid table I fully expect a great season next year!

We need to get back to the way of thinking that everybody had at the begining of the season.Lets take the pressure off everybody and make this a free season again.Perhaps that's why we started so well, and things went sour as the expectation started to boil over.

The players have all fought hard to get us here but were now in a slump, and people have commented on them looking jaded. Perhaps we are punching above are weight, well one thing I know about fighting is the tenser you are the more likely you are to fall over.

Lets stop criticising and start supporting again starting at The Carling Cup Final!

Amen! :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
Just too much expectation going around at the moment.
This season really has been one to remember and i'll look back on it with a smile no matter the outcome on the last day. However, theres still lots more to come :ayatollah:
