can someone help me regarding cardiff (regarding cigars)

i was told by a few members of this board, in cardiff across the prince of wales, in the arcade, is place where i can buy cigars, i have found an email address to the place, however after emailing i had a response saying that email address was no longer in use and it could not be successfully sent

does anyone know if this cigar shop is still there, and open ?
do they sell tidy cigars and not them shitty small ones you can buy at a post office
and anyone know the price range.....

The bear shop is still there, in the Wyndham Arcade.

It's moved further into the arcade. I saw it recently when I was in Servini's.
