Phone Charges for Ticket Master

Does anyone have any info on the charges for the ticket master line, last Sunday friends tried all morning to get through to get tickets for Wembley & then on Tuesday were informed they'd racked a £150 phone bill as they'd rung the number 50 times!

Have no idea Chief. Fooking hope not i will be complaining to the Club. But i tried 3 times before being put through

Would have thought that they'd used their mobiles then, as 0844 / 0845 numbers should be local calls!

I got caught out like this before, when trying to order UFC tickets.

Racked up a £250 phone bill!

They weren't on a mobile but with talktalk not BT, they're totally gutted cos we got the tickets after queuing for 5 hours.

Think it was a 20p connection fee, not sure on how much per min after that.
