Ticketmaster call

Interesting that I just had a call from Ticketmaster offering to move all of my Wembley tickets (16 in blocks of 9, 4, 3)together after having to book separately because of the cock-ups. Mainly because 1 of my tickets looked like it was on it's own.
It didn't matter for me as even the one single seat in my name is next to a couple of others that I booked on other's fan numbers but it may help out others who weren't quite so lucky
At least they're trying to make sure people are OK.
The guy said they were hoping to complete all of these phone calls today and then start printing tomorrow.

Yes, I've just had the same call as well and now have all my family sat together instead of 13 rows apart!
A good pro-active move - they also said to contact the ticket office next week to get my extra postage fees (£10 in my case) refunded.
If the club put pressure on Ticketmaster to do this then well done!!
