Plastic ST Holders

Ok guys my rant of the day!
I've been following City for over 40 years! But guess what because of the shifts I work, I can only get to 10 or 12 games a season so I haven't got a season ticket.
I know I won't get a Wembley ticket, so myself and a few fellow Bluebirds will be at the pub to watch it on the big screen.
While I except this(I was at both leicester and crystal palace home games) already I know of people who have tickets who have never ever been to a game! Where did these tickets come from? From so called ST holders that's who!
Its the FA Cup all over again egg chasers and plastics stopping Bluebirds from going.
So when you moan about the seating arrangements please spare a thought for the Bluebirds who can't go.

But

It boils down to the fact the club can't please everyone, they have decided to look after those who are currently investing their cash into the club.
I know it's not perfect as people in your shoes aren't accommodated but what can they do??

I'm sorry but what is a plastic season ticket holder???

They are either a plastic - my defination of a plastic is someone that lives miles away and just watches them on the tele ala Newport Scousers who has supported them all their lives, but have never watched a game live etc...
Or they are a season ticket holder - someone that has just paid hundreds of pounds for a season ticket, with that entitling them to a ticket.

If they are Ambos renewing and are entitled to 2 tickets, don't you think it's up to them who they give their 2nd ticket to?

if you want a ticket you can get one, there'll be loads floating about

i work away all week so miss all mid week games , but if you can to 14
games theres not much difference in buying season ticket and missing games
to buying individual.

zone 2 is 29 a game or 18 per gane with season ticket, so its not a great
deal more and if you can sell a few tickets worth your while getting st.

So first time match goers are plastics?

f**k off with these sob stories about being a fan for x amount of years. Every fan has a first game. Stop being moaning bastards and accept it.


It's games like the Carling Cup final that make our club grow. It attracts fans/interest. Be happy about it. It's for the better of our club.

I agree, one of the reasons I don't agree with ST holders getting 2 tickets. I know the support has to be rewarded and I did benefit through it myself and got my son a ticket but there will be many going to folk who have little interest in the club and for me that is wrong.

Yes the club has grown and yes people have to start somewhere but I bet there is at least a three figure sum of people whose last two games were Blackpool & Pompey at Wembley.

But someone who has put money in has provided them with a ticket. I fail to see what more the club cold have done.

I wouldn't say it was a con but do S/T holders really need 2 tickets? they've only got 1 arse to sit on and it seems like "the other ticket" in some cases has been sold/given to people who don't deserve one to the detriment of fans who attend whenever they can due to various reasons.
